Marine Conservation Cambodia (MCC)

MCC intend to trial different cultivation methods of oysters and find out the feasibility of oyster mariculture in coastal Cambodia. We expect to achieve high oyster spat recruitment, high growth, and low mortality rate. At the end of the trial, we will share the knowledge with the fishing communities to promote mariculture and, depending on the success of the trial, organize a phase II trial where interested oyster growers take charge of the whole growing process.
